Bounce house rental booking software lets a party rental company take reservations online. Customers pick a date, see which inflatables, water slides and extras are available, check the delivery fee for their address, add tables, chairs or concessions, sign the safety waiver and pay a deposit — while your team manages deliveries, setups and pickups from one schedule. We build it into a complete, SEO-ready WordPress website.

Most sites launch in 5–7 days, depending on how many rental items you have and how much content — photos, descriptions, prices, delivery area — is ready at kickoff. A Spanish version usually adds a few days.

Starter is $750 for up to 25 rental items, live availability, a ZIP-code delivery checker and booking requests your team confirms. Growth is $1,500 for unlimited inventory, online deposits and payments, party packages, e-signed waivers, multiple delivery zones, a Spanish version and 60 days of support. Multi-warehouse companies and custom integrations are quoted individually.

Every inflatable and add-on is tracked as its own unit, date by date. Once a combo is reserved for Saturday, it’s no longer offered for Saturday — even when it’s part of a party package — and you can add setup and cleaning buffers between rentals.

Yes, on the Growth and Custom packages. Customers pay a fixed or percentage deposit — or the full amount — at checkout through WooCommerce with a processor such as Stripe or Square, and the balance can be collected online before the party or on delivery. On Starter, customers submit a booking request your team confirms.

Yes. We build a full Spanish version — pages, rental names and descriptions, checkout, waiver and confirmation emails — with a one-tap language switch. Spanish pages get their own titles and schema so they can rank for searches like “renta de brincolines” and “renta de mesas y sillas”. It’s included on Growth and available as an add-on on Starter.

Yes. Create packages (for example a combo unit, two tables, 16 chairs and a popcorn machine) at a bundled price, and suggest add-ons like generators, tents or a snow cone machine at checkout. Every item in the package checks its own availability.

Yes. Delivery can be priced by ZIP code, named zone or miles from your warehouse. The customer sees whether you deliver to their address — and the fee — before they book, and you can set minimum order amounts per zone.

Yes. Customers read and e-sign your rental agreement and safety rules during checkout, and a signed copy is attached to the booking and emailed to them — no more clipboards at setup.

Your weather policy is accepted at checkout. When you cancel for weather, you can issue a rain-check credit the customer applies to a new date online, and the units go straight back into inventory.

Yes. Every unit shows its footprint, the flat setup space it needs, age range, rider limits and power requirements, and checkout asks for setup surface, gate width and outlet distance so your crew knows what to expect.

Only for online payment. The booking system works on its own in request mode; WooCommerce is added when you want customers to pay a deposit or the full amount at checkout.

Yes. We can add party rental booking to most existing WordPress sites, or build a new site and redirect your old pages so you keep your search rankings.

Yes. Many bounce house companies also rent tents, tables, chairs, linens, concessions and games. The same booking system handles all of it, with quantity-based inventory for items like chairs.

Every build includes local SEO foundations: city service-area pages, LocalBusiness, Product and FAQ schema, fast mobile pages and titles built around real searches like “bounce house rental [city]”. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition — see our Party Rental SEO page for how we approach it.

Party rental SEO is the work that helps a bounce house company show up when parents search for things like “bounce house rental near me”, “water slide rental [city]” or “renta de brincolines”. It combines a fast, well-structured website, a page for every city you serve, product pages for your inflatables, schema markup, a complete Google Business Profile and a steady flow of genuine reviews.

You need a genuinely useful page for each city that matters to your business — not copy-pasted pages with the name swapped. Each of our city pages covers local demand, how delivery and pricing work there, local questions and links to nearby towns, which is what search engines reward and what customers actually read.

In markets like Texas, California, Arizona, Florida and Nevada, yes. Many families search in Spanish (“brincolines”, “inflables”, “renta de mesas y sillas”), and far fewer rental companies have proper Spanish pages. We add hreflang tags so Google shows each visitor the right language.

It varies with competition and your starting point. New pages are usually indexed within days to a few weeks after submitting the sitemap; competitive city terms can take several months, and reviews and your Google Business Profile often matter as much as the website.

No one can guarantee that, but you can make it easy for AI assistants to understand and cite you. Every build includes answer-first summaries, FAQ schema, clean headings and an llms.txt file describing your business, rentals and service areas.

No — and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on competition, your Google Business Profile, reviews and other factors outside the website. What we guarantee is a fast, technically sound, well-structured site with local pages and schema that give you the best possible foundation.

30–60 days of support is included with every build, with ongoing maintenance plans available after that — including adding new inflatables before each season.

Starter covers up to 25 rental items, one delivery area and booking requests your team confirms. Growth adds unlimited inventory, online deposits and payments, party packages, e-signed waivers, multiple delivery zones, a Spanish version and 60 days of support instead of 30.
